These days, intelligent philanthopy is arguably as important as ever. You will very likely have heard of Mr. Naveen Jain in connection with him being the co-founder and CEO of Intelius, Inc. the renowned information commerce company. In addition to achieving his ranking on the Forbes 400 Richest in America list in 2000, this maverick entrepreneur has collected a range of coveted awards, foremost the WSA Industry Achievement Award, the Albert Einstein Technology Medal, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Even so things absolutely develop further from there. That’s because Mr. Jain and his relations are just as avid about philanthropy and will undertake to assist whenever possible.
There’s no doubting the fact that our children are truly our world’s most valuable resource and the single guarantee of its entire future. They are moreover an all-important motivation for this entrepreneur, and he tries to make the best of any occasion available to aid them. This is why he is always meticulously using every possibility he can to offer support whenever it is at all workable. Hence, Naveen Jain, his relations and his workers at Intelius apply their time and efforts to charitable organizations for example the Rotary Club, United Way, and the Indian American Education Foundation. As is to be expected, they hand out plenty of material assistance but even more importantly they pledge their time and effort to the most deprived and danger prone children. Further, Mr. Jain helps the Children’s Hospital in an attempt to restore children’s health, too.
Because Naveen Jain is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and XLRI Jamshedpur, it is no surprise that schooling has been assigned a particularly significant status within his charitable worldview. This incorporates causes and deserving causes local, state, and nationwide. Thus, Intelius and its CEO are funding deserving movements and humanitarian foundations such as the Vedic Cultural Center, Hopelink and TreeHouse. Getting food over to the underdogs of the world is another crucial goal to Jain and those around him and to him, it makes not one jot of difference. While he is intensely mindful that the ambition to feed every hungry mouth in the world can seem to be an impossible task, he also believes that the impossible can indeed become realizable assuming everybody works together. If this business leader really gets his way, there will be a decisive cessation to privation and hunger everywhere at some point.
Many people may assume that being the CEO of a highly thriving market leading enterprise plus being a devoted family man would provide him little resources for donating and support. But in spite of that he ensures that each of his charitable enterprises is given all the attention he can feasibly donate. Indeed this energetic entrepreneur is undoubtedly way more than merely a business pioneer. He is, moreover, also an intensely humane individual and a true patron of his community.

Originally from South Africa, Mpho moved to Brixton, South London, when she was a child. Growing up in a family heavily involved in the local community, she developed a strong personality and identity. Having put her all into her music from an early age, she finally released her debut single this year and her album Pop Art is also due for release this year You can buy MPHO songs now.
Mpho took some time out of her busy schedule to speak to we7 about the new single, “Box N Locks”, her forthcoming album and what it’s like to play Glastonbury…
I’m alright thank you! So you were born in South Africa, but moved to England when you were younger?
Yeah, I moved to Brixton and grew up there… I still live in Brixton now. Growing up, what music were you into?
There was music in the house all the time. I just remember always singing, when I was little - when I was around at home with friends… My parents listened to lots of different kinds of music. The first records that I got that were inspiring were a Diana Ross duet album. Joni Mitchell and Stevie Wonder too.. Then, as I got older, it was Kate Bush and Prince. It was quite a varied musical offering. “Box N Locks” is your first single - are you excited to be getting something out there?
I am. I don’t think it’s dawned on me yet! I am so busy, it hasn’t sunk in yet that it’s gonna be available. I’m so busy promoting it, trying to make it happen. It is an amazing thing. It’s quite assertive - Where does that come from?
It comes from my upbringing, from my background. My family were people who stood against injustice, stuff that is wrong. I’m quite vocal person, if I think something is not right then I have to say it. I can’t hold it in. I guess it is inevitable that it will come out in my music - I have a lot to say.
“Box N Locks” has the Martha and the Muffins “Echo Beach” sample. Was it your producer, Switch, or you who came up with that?
He played me the song. We were going through records for inspirations. We felt sonically that it was right for us - we thought it was wicked. He sampled it, and I starting writing it and it came out as the single…

Thanks to the recession snowboarding occupancies fell this season.
This is despite of very good early sales along with first class snow.
This reduction in vacationers follows 7 winters of growth in the ski industry, and the numbers reduced from 1 million in 2008/9 to 950000 last season.
This is in part due to vacationers giving their annual ski holiday a miss, whilst other snowboarders who’d ordinarily take 2 ski holidays, merely took the one.
The independent travel sector fell by 15% with a few budget airlines cutting the no. of flights to several destinations.
Moreover tour operators saw the bookings decreasing by about the same amount.
Nonetheless, the top six companies market share continued at just over 70% and the Alps in France carried on as the favorite ski destination with nearly 40% of skiing holidays.
Due to this several large operators cut down the number of skiing chalets they run this year.
The catered chalet markets in particular are going to witness a fall in numbers in light of the fact that a catered ski chalet costs the operator more with regards to hosts and chefs and rental when it is not sold.
It seems unlikely that we will see the special offers that were around last year.
Prices are expected to rise, they probably won’t increase considerably.
The next winter beyond any doubt poses real challenges for the skiing industry that is touched by by the events of the credit crunch, weakness of the pound against the euro, increased costs of fuel as well as large fixed running costs for skiing businesses.
This year holidaymakers will become increasingly price aware, this will add to a reversion of the trends of the last years that witnessed a growth in independent travel.

Dear friends the current study shows that there are more than 50,000,000 registered domain names on the Internet (approx.)(Reference http://www.whois.sc/internet-statistics/) Even if we eliminate 30% non commercial sites we are left with 35,000,000 sites. All these are trying to sell everything from safety pins to space ships.
This clearly states the current state of the commercial Internet , which is full of competition. So how do you survive in this tough competition ? There is a common saying that in nature “survival of the fittest” works as a rule.
Now it is time to reconsider this definition of being “fit”. Let’s look at it this way. Internet is a place where people have started looking for “solutions” rather than mere information. All sorts of products in the form of eBooks, CD’s , white papers, journals are available as “instant downloads” in a few minutes.
The product categories range from solving personal problems such as relationships, dating, health issues etc, Business solutions, hobbies, travel.
But real problem is how YOU can tap into this huge market and become financially secure ?
The answer is creativity. Creativity is what makes things easy. But unfortunately many people think that creative thinking is as hard as climbing “Mount Everest”.
But here is a good news. recent study in psychology shows that creativity is a habit just like all other habits. Just look at yourself how easily you can walk, talk, laugh, run, cry, hold thing with your hands, write, read…How? because these have become a habit by now.
Same is true with creativity. When you tech your mind to think creatively what you get is an attitude which will never settle for cheap quality work.
It is far more better working creativily for 15 minutes daily than wasting 4 hours creating cheap quality work. But how do you develope a creative mind ?
I will show you an example here to make it clear. Let’s select a theme and expand it. I select “Photography” as a theme. When I read the word “photography” I instantly remember following words.
“digital photography, cameras, camera lenses, photography films, various equipments, learning photography, locations, lighting effects, outdoor vs indoor phitography, nature, nude, wild life, sports,close-ups,industrial photography, special effects, use of computers , and much more…”
Here you will see that I have expanded the word “photography” in the form of “keywords” which any search engine will recognize. So finding information on these topics for research becomes much easier now and saves time. Each of the particular keyword above can be again expanded to form an entire ebook or info-product.
On top of this, keyword research tools on the Internet can be used very effectively. Some of these tools are available at Overture.com, wordtracker.info, altavista.com(prisma)
Next you can compare the list you have generated with the list which these online tools generate. Minor editing will give you a final list of topics to be converted into an info-product.
Once you get this habit of fractionating any given topic into “keywords” many new streams of ideas emerge , which can be used as raw material for further study. Analyzing any theme in this way will definitely give rise to alternative ways of presenting the same information in various forms.
What does this mean ?
When you are ready with the final bunch of chapters, you can convert that in an eBook, CD, an entire website, a f.r.ee eCourse sent via autoresponder, each chapter can be individually treated as an article etc. Just fine tune your lessons for your own product or someone else’s product if you are an affiliate and you can earn mo.ne’y with this.
That’s enough for now. I hope this help as a starting point to start generating ideas for info-products.

I have been reading a lot of great new blogs lately. I am still waiting to decide about all the twitter tizzy. I still enjoy blogs and have a huge number in my feed reader.
The point with blogs is that you can find hidden treasures, and they are from individuals that actually like to can string more than a few words togther.
Sure you can chance some chill individuals on twitter. But, seriously, twitter is for masses with add or who dont like to write true posts. Yes, masses of people twitter and also blog, and those individuals are groovy by me, but I am forever and eternally a blog lover.
Blogs drive the author to actually articluate their belief. Twitter alternatively merely lets you to say it. Call me old fashioned but I believe there is a point where smaller is no longer better. We have been obsessed with miniturization for so long. Specially when it comes to technology. Surely there has to be a level where we take in substance matters. Value matters. What do you think?
Maybe the realistic answer dwells in balance. And compromise. You cannot pressure individuals to have substance and not be superficial. But, too perhaps you need to force the navel gazing hippies to lighten up a fraction aswell?

One of the matters commonly found at the very bottom of the pile whilst preparing for a college education is medical insurance for college students. Students are generally in the mindset where health insurance is not the first thing they think of. Teens are wont to believe they will be around forever and of course they can not get sick. Unluckily, irrespective of how fit a person might appear, this is no guarantee of their future health. Reasonable medical insurance isn’t a luxury, it is utterly necessary.
For individuals lucky enough to be covered under a parent’s policy, by and large most of them will extend to a student up to their twenty-third birthday. For students who do not have insurance cover via their family policy, a necessary part of budgeting for a college education has to be researching an affordable health insurance policy. What should you look for in health insurance designed specifically for college students? What’s your deductible? A deductible is essentially a yearly payment that must be made before your medical benefits starting, very like an auto insurance plan. To illustrate, if the deductible is five hundred dollars, 500 dollars must be paid before claiming any payment connected with the policy. What precisely does co-pay mean? When your deductible is covered, normally for each doctor’s visit, medicinal drug, and operation you will be asked to pay a portion of the bill. This, succinctly, is co-pay.
Exactly what will the insurance plan pay for? Most policies are Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Partnership for Prescription Assistance. This can mean certain doctors may be omitted from your authorized medical professionals or not be included on your medical insurance policy. Most policies provide a detailed listing of participating professionals, before confirming your decision do look into the choices thoroughly.
Catastrophic coverage: There may be a limit on student health insurance policies particularly concerning catastrophic illness, the cover offered in most student medical insurance is by and large smaller than a regular policy.
Restrictions: Limits are frequent in a lot of college student medical insurance policies. It is crucial to read your insurance policy carefully to discover precisely what may and may not be covered in the plan. Carry your medical insurance documents close to hand at all times. Illnesses are not only impossible to plan for, but they are in all probability likely to hit when you don’t expect them. Familiarise yourself with the particulars of your college medical insurance even should you be included in a parent’s insurance policy.

Purchasing an automobile is a serious decision and you should genuinely give it some consideration. There are a lot of options and enticements when in the market to purchase a car. The prospective car buyer should ask themselves what kind of car they would like, or instead, what kind of car they need - and is it affordable.
There are a few questions you can ask yourself, that will help in your decision in purchasing a new automobile. Are you looking for a certain “look” or symbol, or do you want it to make your life easier? Are you going to use it to carpool some children around, or are you just going to use it to get to work? Do you imagine you will need the space that a minivan would allow for, for a family? Do you want four wheel drive, or will a two wheel drive car be good enough?
- It’s a good idea to go over your budget and find out what you can spend on transportation every month. If the price of owning a car is costing you more than ten percent of your net income, than you might want to consider leasing an automobile rather than purchasing.
- The auto market is a really competitive market! It’s always a good idea to haggle with the dealerships. And always shop and compare car prices, particularly on the internet.
- Remember the sticker price is not the final price. A lot of times, there are a lot of offers that the dealerships have in place that can save you some money on options or upgrades (like audio systems, low financing, etc). And remember to ask what, if any, other options will cost and what the final price will be. These options will surprise you by how much more they contribute to the cost.
- If you are going to trade your old car in, you should get an independent value assessed, and don’t just assume the dealership will only give you what they first tell you it’s worth.
- Compare new car prices. You should go to at least 3 dealerships to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible.
You need to be practical when purchasing a car. You don’t want to buy it based on emotion, or based on how good you look in it. You may regret it later on.

The storey we all loved to listen as kids was the one about dad that would explain why his face was covered in what we as kids saw as millions of tiny incisions and scars of which I will tell you all about closer to the end of my tribute to the greatest dad a daughter could ever have had. His dying at the early age of 54 came in as a shock especially when his appointment for the hospital was to have a plaster cast removed only to bring him dead in the waiting room.
Eventhough the parting of the ways was sudden the warmest of memories has still held a strong presence in my thoughts over the 26 years where I was proud to call him my dad. If I could wrench the time back - I would tell him how sorry I was for the times I took him for granted but regrettably that remorse will be taken to my grave where I know being the good man that he was will be ready and waiting for me at the pearly gates with open arms full of pardon.
They say the good pass away early and that is what has assisted to relieve the resentment I felt towards the man up above for taking dad so soon.People view the word “special” in many ways. So what do I see in my father that makes him more special than the others?
Dad served in the military for 34 years along side an army of Fathers Day Gifts. He was designated in Hong Kong when this story took place. The warning signal triggered into motion the evacuation of families living outside the camp to look for asylum in the camp at once.
8 of us were huddled together in the back of an army wagon with only pillows used for protection. We promptly followed the order to hold our heads down - the Chinese riot mobs were appearing up from the ditches that lined the route back to the camp amply equipped with all kinds of killing instruments - 21 stones gone into the wagon on the travel back to camp.
The convoy of trucks that accompanied behind and stopped - now stood burning wrecks. You can only imagine what the truck and the driver looked like when a onslaught of boulders were thrusted into the front portion of the wagon. There were no medals of braveness awarded to the driver when acknowledgement was delivered by the army superiors for his act of valour. The reason was due to a technicality that he wasn’t suppose to drive that day so the credit was granted to the incorrect man who was sitting up in front.
I often inquire nowadays this day would we all have got out alive if the boot was on the other foot, if those drivers did not violate the rules.
The result of that fearful day was a truck with no windshield a driver with no face and eight living bodies that lived to recount the tale - so now you have the conclusion to my story why those millions of incisions and marks, scarred us for life with remarkable memories of dear old dad.

Long time ago when I was a child, I remember that all the asian platform bed sheets in my house had to be white cotton ones. today you find so much variety in these that it becomes difficult to choose. Bedding was never so beautiful with the vibrant colourings, prints and textures that are offered in nowadays
That is why there are some matters that need to be taken care of before you spend any money on buying .
Take the beds measurings
It is a common belief that one queen bed or king bed has the same dimensions which is so untrue. The top dimensions might be the same, but again the measurings differ with each maker. Due to this variant in the dimensions, it is safe to measure all the dimensions and the depth of your mattress too. Your bed could be shorter or taller than another one from the same maker. Measuring your bed will give you an idea of the sizing of your bedsheet before purchasing.
Zero down on the Bedding store
You will find a lot of top names in bed linen available in a departmental store near you. For a unique look, some people also go for embroidered bedding with sequins. The Internet is brimming with fresh new designs every day. The basic bedding are sold in discount rate storehouses for a small cost.
Do you know what is a thread count?
A thread count refers to the amount of threads contained in one square inch of the bed sheet in both directions of the weave. You will find this thread count on the bedsheets label. A luxurious texture calls for a high thread count. Beware of a very high thread count as the sheet may have thinner threads and not the texture you want. It is advisable that you go for a thread count in the range of 175 - 300 for a soft sheet under you.
Pick your bed sheet material
You need to choose such material for your which fits in your budget and is comfortable at the same time. If you prefer wrinkle-free sheets then go for cotton blends or you can buy basic cotton fabrics. A crisp night calls for a flannel bed sheet. Those who wish a smooth sheet can go for satin or silk.
Calculate the size of the bed sheet
The sizing of the bed sheet you select has to be checked at this point. Refer the bed size and find out if the chosen bed sheet will be perfect for it. Remember that all bedding shrink by 7% when they are first washed. Also, if these sheets are fine, purchase some extra sets for your beds. This way an accidentally torn sheet can be replaced fast.
Hope these six steps lead you to finding a perfect bedsheet for your bed.

Nothing separates people as the issue of telecommuting. On one side, some individuals state it’s wonderful, there’s no travel, no clock-watching, no senseless group meetings, no tedious small-talk that offices are notable for. On the other side, others say they just could not produce the self-control that’s essential to work at home. They might be a bit reluctant to send any clients to their household. The children, when they are home, are simply too much of a handful. There’s just too many distractions to even begin the working day. Lastly, the office is fantastic simply because they want to escape home life.
Now there is an option for these critics of home working : the garden studio. Garden studios are built in your garden, not adjoining your house. A garden office offers a chance to get business done in a calm, creative surrounding, with the natural garden all around you, and a neutral location to hold get togethers.
The fact that the garden studio is separate from your household is an important one. It gives you a chance to escape from domesticity to your business. Using technology like the internet and VOIP, it’s painless to get a separate telephone number just for the garden office.
Think about further plus points :-
- The development costs for such offices are comparitively low when you consider renting costs for office space. - They are environmentally friendly : the journey from house to garden takes only natural footprints, not carbon ones. - That tiny journey saves you a great amount of petrol costs, and may allow for the possibility that your family needs just one car, not two. - You can conduct business at anytime of the day. Creative juices don’t automatically flow from nine to five, so if you have a new idea, or only need to finish off a task in good time, walk into your garden studio. - It’s a soothing, well-lit, natural environment. No sick building syndrome here. No glaring light strips, grey partitions and cubicles.
Garden offices can pay for themselves fairly quickly, and repayments on a loan for a garden office are often comparable, or even less than, renting office space.
