Review of Panerai Pam 359

Panerai has not a few new watch models for 2010. But which is one is the biggest star? The answer should be, in my humble opinion, the Panerai Pam359 that features full Arabic numerals as hour markers on the dial. To my knowledge, it is the very first Panerai watch with full Arabic numerals in several decades. And Panerai Pam359 is my favorite model from Panerai this year by far.

Normally, panerai watches mix simple markers with some Arabic numerals to make up the whole set of hour markers. Now, the Panerai PAM 359 became an exception. To keep with the classic look, the 12, 6 and 9 are larger than other numerals. The 3 o’clock position is left to date display. Coated with luminous materials, all numerals are resessed a little into the matte black dial which is protected by a sapphire crystal . And I guess the full Arabic numerals will be applied on more new Panerai watches in near future as they bring a fresh touch and do not loose the classic Panerai feel.

Size at 44mm, the case of Pam 359 is made from stainless steel and is watch resistant to 300 meters. Beating inside the case is the P.9000 self-winding movement which is in-house made by Panerai. This movement has 3-day power reserve and provides hours, minutes, small seconds and the date. With an in-house movement, Pam 359 will sure appeals more watch collectors. Besides, I feel the use of full Arabic numerals in fact enhances the legibility of the dial and interprets Panerai look very well in a new method.

The Panerai Pam359 replica watches are presented on a black leather strap with stitching in similar tone as the lume on the markers and hands. The price tag reaches $7,500-very reasonable indeed.

Getting Noticed at a Career Faire

Standing out at a Job Faire can make a difference in your search. Job Faires are starting to pick up, and Dice is running some nice ones, called Targeted Job Fairs. At a Silicon Valley Job Fair in January, 10 companies as showing up, and Dice has 82 job fairs scheduled for 2010 across the US.

How do you stand out at a Career Fair? The contention can be noteworthy, but you can help yourself stick out from the crowd with early preparation. At AA-Careers, we have a straight-forward 6-step process to prepare. Plan to go? Here’s how to prepare:

First, research the companies that are going and pick your objectives. Use the internet to check out the companies that are there before you even decide to go. Go to their sites and see if they have their jobs listed. Pick a tenable number to target, and get ready to spend up to an hour researching each one. It’s hard to do more than eight in a day, and four or five is a much more reasonable target. For each hiring company, you want to know: executive names, recent news, and key product lines. Try to see if you know anyone at the target companies. You will end up with with a page or two of research for each company/job.

Second, if there are job openings on the web, read them to see what the hiring manager is looking for. Create a mapping of your achievements and skills to the demands of the job. Make the language match. If the hiring organization calls customers "clients", your resume should do the same thing. The accomplishments should be written in the style of the hiring company.

Third, create a ‘mini sales pitch’ for each likely company/job combination. Write down a 90 second ‘thumbnail’ that you can repeat verbally showing why you are a great prospect for that job. You’ll use this in your resume and when you meet people at the job stall.

Fourth, modify your resume for each job type. The objective on your resume should exactly match the job you’re want. The executive summary should be a written form of your “mini sales pitch” for the job. Then choose the accomplishments and skills that most clearly match the job prerequisites. Especially at a Job Faire, the purpose of your resume is a sales tool for you – to get you on-site job interviews. It should be very easy to see that you’re a fit based on your resume.

Fifth, practice your ‘mini-sales-pitch’. Collect your research and the resume for each opportunity - bring a couple of copies for each – and put each in a understandably marked folder. Keep them in a light briefcase or folio.

Finally, dress and prepare as if you’re doing on-site interviews. Dress well and be well groomed. Avoid strong cologne or perfume…use any cologne or fragrance meagerly, if at all.

Remember to smile, and good hunting!

Check out Our Attuverse Crappy Complaint

If you are thinking about choosing attuverse be ready to think about competition - unless you enjoy on top of endless wait times to speak with a rep on the phone.

You probably gotten many favorable attuverse reviews but I’m giving my version. I was actually astonished at how many folks that were for the service. I’m heated because I was waiting for 2 hrs to speak with anyone because my very 1st bill was a disconnect notice and a amount due for $279. After bouncing to several retards, I was finally sent to a person who allegedly could make a fix on the amount. After more time on hold, I was told that the first person I fought with could only modify it. So, that was finally waste of a long call that changed absolutely nothing since the other office closed up while I was wasting time.

In addition to that atrocious time, I’ve had a baboon come to my apt 7 times for the shotty service. Nothing has changed.

The only reasonI’m with them is because the channel choices has some possibilities and it is below the other providers. But in all honesty, I wouldn’t recommend attuverse to my worst enemy.

Fishing Report

Posted in Blogs, Fish + Bait

Another weekend up at the cabin…….. . I woke up early on Saturday like I always do. I decided to get a few casts in off the dock while John slept in. I used a yellow jig with a red dot on it with a carolina rig (two sinkers a foot up from the jig and a bobber a foot up from that. Is that a carolina rig or a texas fishing rig????? Help me out if you know) Anyways I had bought some worms opening weekend so I thought I would give them a try. Well I ended up catching about ten keeper bluegills by the time John got his lazy ass up :) It was mid sixties overcast and breezy. The water temp is now up to 60F on chain lake finally!!!!!!! We cuised through the channel of McCann to Island and threw a few casts. No luck. We decided to try the bay on McCann where I caught the 16 incher last week. No luck. Not even a bite. We moved on to Clear lake and fished the shoreline a bit. I caught another nine bluegills and John got one. So it was a panfish day :) Around six we decided that we have had enough beer and bluegill to head back to the cabin to clean our catch. Sunday we threw a few casts off the dock. John said that I must have caught all the bluegill yesterday cause there were no keepers left! We decided to try some bass fishing along the shore. John rigged up a powerworm and I tried my double minnow rig. John had a few bites and missed them all. He told me that he must have forgotten how to bass fish. He kept trying and finally got a nice 14 1/2″ largemouth. His first keeper of the season. I kept panfishing and ended up with five keeper bluegill. The weather was a bit chillier on Sunday with low sixties and mostly cloudy skies. The bite seemed a whole lot better Saturday for sure.

What’s the Difference Between Blogs And Websites?

Posted in Blogs

Online journals, better known as blogs, are becoming more and
more popular. When the Internet was first getting started, users
rushed to build personal web sites. Web sites are still very
popular among web users, but many are now turning to blogs.
What’s the difference? This article will examine the main
similarities and differences between a Weblog and a website.

While blogs and website are intended to be different, there are
a couple of similarities in blogs and sites. Mainly, they are
both found on the Internet using a URL or a web address. Both
also must have some sort of host to keep the information online.
Another similarity of the two is that they both can be
maintained by virtually anyone from individuals to companies.
Both Weblog and websites can also contain information, pictures,
link and keywords, as well. These two types of sites will target
readers.

With a blog, information that is entered on the site is
generally updated very frequently depending on the writer.
Sometimes blog writers even update several times a day. Usually
with a website, information is not updated regularly. Websites
generally contain information about something that does not
change often. When a website is updated, usually the entire page
is altered. With a blog, just one entry at a time is updated.
After a website has been changed, that information is gone and
cannot be seen again by the reader. On a blog, new entries are
added, but the old ones are not deleted from the site. Instead,
they are stamped with the date and time that they were created,
given a title and indexed on that blog page. It makes it easy
for a blog reader to go to a certain blog page and read past
entries without having to search.

Another main difference between and blog and a website is that a
website is generally a little harder to maintain and oftentimes
requires a solid understanding of the way the Internet works.
With a blog, almost anyone can easily and quickly update a blog.
It does not require any special working knowledge of the
Internet. In addition, there are many sites that offer blog
features and most of the time these can be used for free.

Blogs also encourage people to communicate with each other much
more so than with a website. A websites primary function is to
provide some sort of information to a reader. While there may be
a place to leave a comment or an email address for writing that
is not why that site was created. Blogs are used for
communication. Writers may choose to make their site private,
but most choose to publish their blogs making them public to any
one who wishes to read. Most blog hosting sites offer options to
add to the site so readers and the writer can leave comments to
each other on the site. In addition, there are entire web
communities built just for blogs. Blogs encourage those who have
similar thoughts, interests or even businesses to share their
blog site so readers can find them easily. Blogs offer guest
tracking, keyword tracking, hit counters, comment areas, and
even tag boards for both the reader and the writer to use.

Blogging is extremely popular right now. As more people begin
sharing their thoughts with others, there are more blogs created
each day. Blogging gives writers, journalists, professionals,
moms, dads and even teenagers an instant way to publish their
thoughts on a regular basis. For those who enjoy writing, blogs
give a unique opportunity to practice writing skills and
experiment with what others want to read. Businesses use blogs
to show off their expertise and knowledge in their fields,
whereas websites do not always get this type of message out to
the readers.

Blogging and websites do have some similarities. They are both
found on the Internet and contain information. However, blogs
give a writer the unique opportunity to communicate with their
reader and update their entries on a frequent basis. Anyone who
tries blogging will love the instant gratification of getting
their opinions and thoughts out on the Internet right away and
getting instant feedback from readers that visit their site.
